Ocal STG5G is a 1-1/2 inch PVC coated zinc grounded hub designed for bonding conduit to boxes or enclosures. This grounding hub features a thermoplastic insulated throat with sharper and deeper teeth, along with an innovative sealing ring and groove to ensure a pressure-tight seal, and is rated for temperatures up to 105°C. The hexagonal body and locknut design enable fast installation, with an interior coated with a nominal 2 mil blue urethane and an exterior coated with a minimum 40 mil PVC for corrosion resistance. It complies with industry standards for secure conduit connections in industrial environments. Typical applications include grounding and bonding in electrical systems where corrosion resistance and a secure seal are required.
