United Fuses Refund Policy
At United Fuses, customer satisfaction is important to us. We work hard to provide accurate product information, fast shipping, and responsive customer support. Because many electrical and industrial products are specialized components, all refund requests are subject to the terms outlined below.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the original shipment date.
To qualify for a refund:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, and unenergized
- The product must be returned in original condition
- The original factory packaging must be included
- All accessories, manuals, inserts, and components must be included
Refunds are subject to inspection and approval by United Fuses prior to processing.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable unless defective upon arrival:
- Installed or energized products
- Used or damaged items
- Products returned without original packaging
- Custom ordered or special-order items
- Non-stock items
- Clearance or final sale products
- Opened electrical safety products
- International orders
- Products damaged due to improper installation or handling
United Fuses reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not comply with this policy.
Return Authorization Requirement
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by United Fuses before the product is returned.
Returns received without an approved RA number may be refused or returned to sender.

RA numbers are valid for fifteen (15) days from issuance.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to thirty-five percent (35%).
Additional fees may apply if:
- Packaging is damaged
- Components are missing
- The product requires inspection, testing, or repackaging
- The item is returned outside the standard return window with written approval
Returns approved outside the standard return period may be subject to a restocking fee of up to fifty percent (50%).
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed only after:
- The returned product is received
- The item passes inspection
- The return is approved by United Fuses
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Please allow:
- 5-10 business days for inspection and processing
- Additional time for financial institutions or credit card providers to post the refund
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a United Fuses error.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is the result of:
- Incorrect shipment
- Defective product
- Verified United Fuses fulfillment error
Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items to prevent shipping damage.
United Fuses is not responsible for:
- Lost return shipments
- Carrier damage during return transit
- Improperly packaged returns
We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
Customers must inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.
Claims involving:
- Shipping damage
- Missing products
- Incorrect items
- Quantity discrepancies
must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.
United Fuses may require:
- Photos of packaging and products
- Carrier documentation
- Retention of original packaging materials
Failure to report issues within this timeframe may limit available resolution options.
Canceled Orders
Orders canceled prior to shipment may be subject to processing or cancellation fees depending on the product type and supplier status.
Special-order, custom, or non-stock items may not be cancellable once processing has begun.
Limitation of Liability
United Fuses’ maximum liability relating to any refund, return, or order dispute shall not exceed the original purchase price paid for the product.
Under no circumstances shall United Fuses be liable for:
- Labor costs
- Downtime
- Lost profits
- Project delays
- Incidental or consequential damages
