Free Ground Shipping Offer

United Fuses offers free standard ground shipping on qualifying online orders over $250.00 shipped within the Continental United States.

Free Shipping Terms:

  • Valid only on orders placed directly through www.unitedfuses.com
  • Applies to standard ground shipping only
  • Valid within the Continental United States only
  • Does not apply to expedited shipping methods
  • Excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, and international shipments
  • Certain oversized, hazardous, freight, or specialty items may not qualify

United Fuses reserves the right to modify or discontinue free shipping promotions at any time without notice.


Order Processing & Shipping Times

Most in-stock orders ship within one (1) business day of receipt.

Many orders received during normal business hours are shipped the same day.

Orders placed after standard carrier pickup times, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.

Freight Shipments

  • Liftgate service

Customers must inspect freight shipments upon delivery before signing.

Any visible freight damage or shortages must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within five (5) business days.


Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

United Fuses is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather events
  • Natural disasters
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Labor strikes
  • Customs delays
  • Supply chain interruptions
  • Acts of God

Shipping charges are non-refundable for delays caused by the carrier or external circumstances beyond our control.


Lost, Damaged, or Missing Shipments

Customers are responsible for inspecting shipments immediately upon delivery.

must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.

Failure to report shipping discrepancies within this timeframe may limit United Fuses’ ability to assist with claims.

  • Photos of damaged packaging
  • Carrier inspection reports
  • Signed documentation
  • Retention of original packaging materials

Shipment Refusal & Returned Packages

Customers refusing shipments or providing incorrect shipping information may be subject to:

  • Return freight charges
  • Restocking fees
  • Additional shipping costs

Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts or address issues may be treated as standard returns subject to the company’s Return Policy.


Title & Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for filing claims related to shipping damage when required by the carrier.
