United Fuses, LLC (“United Fuses,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides fuse and circuit protection products through this Site. 2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by United Fuses. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders with incorrect pricing or availability. Once submitted, orders cannot be modified or canceled without written approval.
3. Pricing and Availability
Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occur. United Fuses is not responsible for typographical or system errors and reserves the right to correct any pricing inaccuracies at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed and may vary based on supplier inventory.
4. Payment Terms
We accept major credit cards, ACH transfers, and other payment methods as specified at checkout. Credit terms may be extended upon approval. Late payments may be subject to finance charges of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate allowed by law). United Fuses retains the right to suspend or cancel shipments for overdue accounts.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms are FOB shipping point. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon shipment. United Fuses makes every effort to meet requested delivery dates but is not responsible for delays beyond our control, including supplier lead times, carrier issues, or force majeure events.
6. Returns and Cancellations
Return requests must be made within 30 days of invoice and require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Products must be in original, unused condition. Non stock, special order, or obsolete items may be non-returnable or subject to restocking fees. Cancellations are only permitted with prior written consent and may incur fees.
