Warranty & Return Policy

At United Fuses, we stand behind the quality of our products. While we are not an authorized dealer for all manufacturers and some items may not come with a manufacturer’s warranty, every product we sell is backed by our United Fuses 2-Year Warranty.

 

What’s Covered

We guarantee that all products you purchase from us will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) years from the date of invoice, as long as they are stored, installed, and used under normal operating conditions.

This warranty is provided by United Fuses—not the original manufacturer—and is not transferable without our written approval.

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe a product is defective, just reach out to us within the 1-year period. You can contact us by:

We’ll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) Number, which must be included with any item you send back. Unfortunately, we can’t accept warranty returns without an RA number.

Please note: Return shipping costs and any expedited shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

 

What We’ll Do

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll either:

  • Repair the product,

  • Replace it with an equivalent item, or

  • Issue a credit for the amount you originally paid—whichever we believe is the best solution.

All warranty claims must be submitted—and the item returned—within the 1-year warranty period.


 

Limitations

This warranty replaces all other warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item. We’re not responsible for any indirect costs like lost profits, downtime, or other incidental damages.
