Return & Exchange Policy
At UnitedFuses.com, our goal is to ensure you are confident in every purchase. If a return or exchange is necessary, the following policy outlines the conditions and procedures required to ensure timely and fair processing.
General Return Eligibility
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within thirty (30) days of shipment.
- A restocking fee of up to thirty-five percent (35%) may apply to all approved returns.
- No returns will be accepted after the thirty (30) day return window unless explicitly authorized in writing by United Fuses.
- Items that have been used, installed, energized, tested, or altered are not eligible for return.
- All returned items must be in original, unused condition and include the original factory packaging.
- Claims related to shipping damage, shortages, or missing items must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery.
Return Authorization (RA) Requirement
All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by United Fuses prior to shipment.

The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package and included with a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt.
RA numbers are valid for fifteen (15) days from the date issued. Returns received after expiration or without a visible RA number may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender.
Conditions for Accepted Returns
United Fuses reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if the following conditions are not met:
- Product and packaging arrive undamaged and in like-new condition
- All original components, manuals, accessories, and inserts are included
- Original factory packaging is intact
- Product condition matches the condition in which it was originally shipped
Returns will not be accepted based solely on cosmetic packaging wear, manufacture date, or labeling variations provided the product itself is new and unused.
Inspection & Refund Processing
All refunds are issued only after receipt, inspection, and testing (when applicable) of the returned product.
Authorized returns approved outside the standard thirty (30) day return window may be subject to a restocking fee of up to fifty percent (50%), or may be deemed non-returnable.
Refund eligibility is void if the product has been electrically energized, installed, or tested.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-warranty returns.
Returned items must be shipped using a reliable and trackable carrier. United Fuses is not responsible for:
- Lost packages
- Shipping damage caused by inadequate packaging
- Delays caused by the shipping carrier
Please package all returns securely to prevent transit damage. Returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging may be rejected or subject to additional restocking fees.
United Fuses is not responsible for damage incurred during return transit.

United Fuses Warranty Policy
General Warranty Coverage
Products purchased from UnitedFuses.com may not qualify for the original manufacturer warranty, as United Fuses is not an authorized distributor for certain surplus, obsolete, or discontinued inventory.
Instead, eligible products are protected under United Fuses’ own Limited Warranty subject to the terms outlined below.
New & Surplus Products Warranty
Warranty Term
United Fuses warrants that all products sold under a specific sales order (“Products”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the invoice date (“Warranty Period”), provided the Products are stored, installed, and operated under normal and intended conditions.
Warranty Provider
This warranty is provided exclusively by United Fuses and not by the original manufacturer.
All warranties are non-transferable unless prior written approval is obtained from United Fuses.
Submitting a Warranty Claim

Return Authorization Requirement
All approved warranty claims require a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Returns received without a valid RA number will not be accepted or processed.
Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all freight, expedited shipping, insurance, and rush service fees associated with warranty returns.
Warranty Remedy
United Fuses’ sole obligation under this warranty is, at its discretion, to:
- Repair the defective Product
- Replace the defective Product
- Issue store credit
- Issue a refund equal to the original purchase price paid
If repair or replacement is not commercially feasible, United Fuses may issue a credit or refund in lieu of replacement.
Timing Requirements
Warranty claims and returned Products must be received before expiration of the applicable Warranty Period and must clearly reference the assigned RA number.
Limitation of Liability
This warranty replaces all other express or implied warranties.
United Fuses specifically disclaims all implied warranties including:
- Merchantability
- Fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
Liability is strictly limited to the purchase price paid for the Product.
Under no circumstances shall United Fuses be liable for incidental, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages including but not limited to:
- Lost profits
- Lost production
- Lost revenue
- Downtime costs
- Labor expenses
United Fuses does not provide, install, source, or license firmware and makes no representation regarding a customer’s rights to obtain or use firmware from manufacturers or third parties.
Customers are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable software licenses, firmware agreements, and End-User License Agreements (EULAs).
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to products that have been:
- Improperly installed
- Misused
- Modified
- Repaired by unauthorized parties
- Subjected to electrical faults, abuse, or environmental damage
Products sold as used, refurbished, or repair-only items may carry separate warranty terms as stated at time of sale.
