O'Kote, Inc. RA1PG is a multi-purpose bitumen coal tar emulsion coating formulated for moisture-proofing and protective applications on building foundations, industrial flooring, and roofing. This coating delivers a durable, flexible, and weather-resistant barrier that performs reliably in severe climatic conditions ranging from -50 °C to +50 °C, with excellent resistance to dilute acids, alkalis, chlorides, and sulfate ions. The product features a matt gloss finish, low volatile organic compound (VOC) content, and a specific gravity of 1.03 (+/- 2%), with a solids content of 25% (+/- 2%) and a viscosity of 22000 cps at 25 °C. It complies with industry standards for protective coatings and is suitable for demanding environments.
