The Square D QO125GFI is a single-pole, plug-in molded case circuit breaker designed to provide Class A ground fault protection (5mA trip) and thermal-magnetic overcurrent protection for 120/240V AC branch circuits. It features a 25A current rating within a 100A frame and a 10kA interrupting capacity at 120V, housed in a compact 105mm x 19mm x 74mm (HxWxD) unit with pressure plate terminals for copper or aluminum wire from 14 to 8 AWG. This CSA Certified and UL Listed device is constructed for reliable operation in temperatures from -25°C to 70°C and is compatible with QO load centers and NQ panelboards for residential and light commercial applications requiring enhanced personnel protection.
