Square D HOM280 is a 2-pole molded case circuit breaker from the Homeline family, designed for overcurrent protection in residential and light commercial load centers. It is rated for 80A at 120/240V AC with a 10kA interrupting capacity, utilizing a thermal-magnetic trip mechanism for long-time and instantaneous protection. The plug-in unit measures 3.13 in (79.50 mm) x 2 in (50.8 mm) x 2.98 in (75.69 mm) and weighs 0.85 lb, featuring lug terminals that accept 1x AWG 4 to AWG 2/0 aluminum/copper wire with a minimum wire size of 8 AWG and maximum of 2 AWG.
