Hubbell HKGL is a hazardous location enclosure designed to protect electrical devices in demanding industrial environments. This enclosure is constructed from high-strength, corrosion-resistant copper-free cast aluminum with a gray powder epoxy/polyester finish and features a threaded glass lens screw cover with a Nitrile (BUNA-N) o-ring for a Type 4X rating. It is UL, CSA, and FM Listed for use in Class I, II, III, Divisions 1 & 2, Groups B, C, D, E, F, G hazardous locations. The compact design and tempered soda lime glass lens make it suitable for instrumentation and control applications where reliability and safety are critical.
