Appleton EYDM200 is a 2-inch explosionproof sealing fitting and drain designed to prevent the passage of gas and vapor through conduit systems in hazardous locations. This unit is constructed from triple-coated malleable iron with a silver finish and features tapered threaded male/female connections for secure attachment to IMC or rigid metallic conduit. It is certified as dust-ignitionproof, explosionproof, and raintight, suitable for Class I, Division 1 & 2, Groups B, C, D and Class II, Division 1 & 2 environments. The fitting is intended for vertical conduit installations with a 25% fill capacity, making it ideal for power control applications where sealing integrity is critical.
