Appleton EYDM100 is an explosionproof sealing fitting and drain designed to prevent the passage of gases, vapors, and flames through conduit systems in hazardous locations. This vertical drain seal fitting features 1 in FNPT x 1 in MNPT threaded connections and a removable nipple, with a smooth, rounded integral bushing to protect conductor insulation. Constructed from malleable iron, the fitting weighs 5.19 lb and is suitable for use with threaded rigid metal conduit and IMC. It is rated for Class I Div 1 and 2 Group B, C, D, and Class II Div 1 and 2 hazardous environments, with UL and CSA C22.2 approvals.
