Appleton CG1250 is a cable gland and cord grip from the CG Series designed to provide sealing and strain relief for cables in demanding environments. This 1/2 inch aluminum liquidtight strain relief cord connector accommodates conductor sizes from 1/8 to 3/16 inch and is constructed with an aluminum body, copper-free aluminum cap, neoprene grommet, and steel/teflon washer for durable, corrosion-resistant performance. It features a straight male NPT threaded connection, a red/blue color/finish, and includes a diaphragm seal, meeting UL 514B and CSA C22.2 No. 18.3 standards with a NEMA 3R rating. The connector is suitable for wet or dry locations and hazardous environments including Class I, Division 2, and Class II, Division 1 and 2.
