Thomas & Betts 2557 is a 1-1/4 inch liquidtight strain relief cord connector designed to provide secure cable connections and a liquidtight seal in hazardous and general purpose locations. This connector features a malleable iron construction with a zinc-plated finish and a neoprene bushing that applies pressure along the full length of the cable, accommodating cable openings from 1.375 to 1.485 inches. It includes a 13/16 inch long threaded connection for reliable mounting, measures 2-1/2 inches in diameter by 2-5/16 inches in length, and weighs 11.1 lb. The connector is rated for 105 degrees Celsius operating temperature and meets ANSI NFPA 70-2008, Coast Guard CG293, CSA C22.2 File No. 18.3, and UL 514B File No. E13938 standards.
