Square D QO320GFI is a three-pole ground fault circuit interrupter (Class A, 5mA) designed for personnel protection in 120/240VAC three-phase systems. It features a 20A current rating and a 10kA interrupting capacity at 240V, housed within a compact 100A/QO frame with dimensions of 105 mm H x 57 mm W x 74 mm D (4.1 in x 2.2 in x 2.9 in). This thermal magnetic, plug-in breaker utilizes pressure plate terminals compatible with AWG 12-8 aluminum or AWG 14-8 copper wire and operates reliably in temperatures from -25°C to 70°C (-13°F to 158°F).
