The Square D QO220GFI is a 2-pole, plug-in molded case circuit breaker designed to provide Class A ground fault protection and overcurrent protection for 120/240VAC single-phase circuits. It features a 20A current rating with a 10kA interrupting capacity at 120V and utilizes a thermal-magnetic trip mechanism for reliable long-time and instantaneous protection. The unit is constructed with a compact 100A frame, measures 105 mm H x 38 mm W x 74 mm D, and features a pressure plate terminal connection compatible with 14-8 AWG copper or 12-8 AWG aluminum wire. It is CSA certified and UL listed for use in QO load centers and NQ panelboards, operating reliably within a temperature range of -25 to 70 °C.
