Square D QO120GFI is a single-pole ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) circuit breaker designed to provide personnel protection by interrupting a 120V circuit upon detecting a ground fault current as low as 5mA. It features a 20A current rating and a 10kA interrupting capacity, housed in a compact plug-in unit measuring 105 mm H x 19 mm W x 74 mm D and weighing 0.51 lb. Constructed with a 100A/QO frame and thermal-magnetic protection for long-time and instantaneous overcurrents, it utilizes a pressure plate terminal for copper or aluminum wire from AWG 14 to 8. This CSA Certified and UL Listed breaker is rated for operation from -25 to 70 °C and is compatible with QO load centers and NQ panelboards for residential and light commercial applications.
