Appleton EYF100AL is a 1-inch aluminum explosionproof sealing fitting designed to prevent the passage of gases, vapors, or flames between conduit sections in hazardous locations. This fitting is constructed from durable Almag 35 aluminum with an epoxy powder-coated finish and features accurately tapped, tapered FNPT threads on both ends along with smooth, rounded integral bushings to protect conductor insulation. It is certified to UL 886/1203 and CSA C22.2 standards, making it suitable for both vertical and horizontal mounting in explosionproof, dust-ignition proof, and raintight applications.
